Our sacred Vedas preach the concept of non-duality, of oneness. Bhagwan (भगवान् Bhagavān); the Almighty advises that, ‘aham (अहं), I, is the first name of God. ‘अ’ (A) being Sanskrit’s first alphabet and ‘अः’ (ha) the last, ‘aha’ thus embraces all, from the creation till the termination. Aham prēma (prem) (अहम् प्रेम); I am divine love; I am the throb of self-bliss in the heart. I am complete, I am true. The Bṛhadāraṇyaka Upanishad (बृहदारण्यक उपनिषद्) of the Yajurveda (यजुर्वेदः) states ‘aham brahmāsmi. (अहम् (अहं) ब्रह्मास्मि Ah-HUM brah-MAHS-mee) is a Sanskrit sutra, loosely translated as, “the core of my being is the ultimate reality, the root and ground of the universe, the source of all that exists. The sole truth is that anything and everything we seek, already resides within us.
The advait philosophy is the notion of ‘ahamm’, ‘I am the supreme self’, ‘I am that I am’;
ॐ पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात् पूर्णमुदच्यते।
पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते।।
ॐ शांतिः शांतिः शांतिः ।
Om purnam adah, purnam idam, purnat purnam udacyate,
Purnasya purnam adaya, purnam evavasisyate.
Om Santi Santi Santi
(That is full; this is full; this fullness has been projected from that fullness.
When this fullness merges in that fullness, fullness is all that remains
be there peace peace peace)
Each miniature water droplet and the colossal ocean have the same essence. Every grain of sand has the spirit of the ceaseless desert. Likewise, the cosmic sea of life has, immeasurable spirit drops or monads. Fated to eons of celestial pilgrimage, in evolutionary self-realization, before finally merging back with the source, each is alike to the creator. Individuality is not merely ‘माया māyā (maya)’. The initial Logos or ‘paramātmā — परमात्मा’ is as creative as its children monads, as is each human being or any other entity, any at all. Identical in substance, intelligence, and consciousness, yet each is a timeless individual. I am certainly the boundless, ‘aham asmi parabrahma’. This credo that above and within each being is everything asserts that fundamentally, each is one with another and all. Thru any point in the universe, in all worlds, all gods, all humans, all tiny sub atomic particles flows the same blessed consciousness, derived from the same elemental source.
Via Bhagvat Gita (10:20), Arjuna receives complete wisdom on the battlefield of Kurukshetra. Krishna says, “अहमात्मा गुडाकेश सर्वभूताशयस्तिः ahamatma gudakesa sarvabhutasayasthitah”, I am the atman, O Gudakesa, living in the heart of all beings. Exhume from within yourself, the seeker, the ‘arjuna’, and embrace your divinity. Exposé yourself to the only truth there is. Consent us to hold your hand, and lead you into the world of advait, or non-duality.
Welcome to Ahamm!( अहाम) Let’s in concert embark upon this expedition of self-growth, tranquillity and, love, towards our own divine selves. Glide en route to the only reality, the single existent moment, the ‘now’. Stash away all mental blocks, every judgment and, the entire illusion or maya (माया). Equip yourself duly to reap rewards from the on-going shift, which we are all sensing, in assorted silhouettes and forms. Empower yourself with the truth, to live in grace, one step at a time.
"Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment."
― Eckhart Tolle
It has been well over a decade, when this insatiable seeker, had her first physical tryst with the fathomless world of energy healing, the infinite possibilities, and the power within. In a reiki class amidst all the chaos that life often begets, she witnessed in person, the divine's 'unconditional love'. With an intent to become 'that' itself she breathes every breath with much gratitude.
A delhi based, mother of two, Sujata Malik is a dedicated Mathematics and science teacher. Alumni of the prestigious convent of Jesus & Mary, she is a post graduate gold medalist from Lady Irwin college, Delhi university. Her fondness for edification is best noticed at her coaching institute. Of course when she first started teaching 25 odd years back, she didn't realize how significantly, her subjects would diversify!
Very open to novel ideas, her pursuit of knowledge led her step by step into the spiritual realm. Always religiously inclined, she was forever intrigued with the mesmerizing world of spiritual healing. Conceding to the idea of the source, she lived with faith, knowing that each moment of her life is guiding her to her sacred path. Sporadically though, she would turn into an anxiety ball, or ruthless migraine pains would take over the best of her. It was the quest for a 'cure' that led her home! She recollects how she took responsibility for the first time. Reiki enabled her to attain physical, emotional, as well as spiritual bliss. What ensued was, utter clarity of her divine purpose in this magnificent world. As she began her voyage of discovering, she dealt with non believers, even within her family, pointing out, what a sheer squandering of effort and time her quests were. Although just a tiny drop, from the gigantic ocean of benefiters, she validated otherwise. As just another proof of cosmic help, she shortly had her family convert into die hard believers, waiting on one leg to jump into any and all of the spiritual workshops!
She also healed herself of low sense of worth and self reservation, without even realizing she needed to. Espousal appeared in all forms, including her mentor Rohini, who stated for a fact how Sujata was a born teacher. This instance led to much introspection, subsequently breaking up the shell to give way to a poised spiritual healer and teacher. Never wary again, Sujata basks in celestial guidance and cosmic love every waking moment of her life. It's this guidance that she taps into during all her healing and consultation work. She humbly becomes the channel, allowing the divine to steer her. She revels in gratitude, for her spiritual path has led her to unadulterated evolution and happiness within, as well as on the outside.
Years of energy work have reassured her of her beliefs. She ascertained, that all physical and mental ailments are mere manifestations of the emotional issues, embedded deep into our subconscious via incessant past incarnations, parallel lives and our current life, initiated in the womb. Her pursuits of knowledge led her into the world of several healing practices. Eft, Srt, Bach flower therapy, Angel therapy, Meditation, Rebirthing, Law of attraction, Angel cards and Osho Tarot soon followed. It was plausibly her ceaseless yearning to share wisdom which led her to become a spiritual coach and mentor. She now teaches several techniques via live workshops and online webinars, intending many to benefit from the spiritual route.
Reiki was the first window for her to glance into the collective consciousness. Each new modus operandi added a new color onto her canvas. Amidst the various shades, she confirms of one constant. With much fervor she guides and motivates people seeking healing, to primarily take responsibility for their current life conditions. Instead of waiting for a miracle, she advocates acceptance and surrender. Her experience with energy has empowered her with the awareness that one is not a 'part' of the whole, but rather 'the whole' itself, that we are one with the universe. Persevering "being", against "doing" is her personal mantra. Her reveries let biology to give way to the more momentous teachings of the power of breath and awareness!
She now enables tapping the blockages out thru EFT (emotional freedom technique) and, clearing the past by means of SRT (spiritual response therapy). She opens one to the power of the breath thru rebirthing and, the love of the divine angels thru angel therapy. She personally loves the use of Bach flower remedies as a beautiful aid to any treatment. Sujata tenderly uses a blend of several modalities simultaneously and, intuitively to facilitate comprehensive healing.
